Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your luxury press-on nails to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Each set is carefully prepared, packaged, and quality-checked before shipment.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, contact us at vanityeeleven@gmail.com.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations after orders are processed

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • A damaged product
  • Missing items

Please email us at vanityeeleven@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of the issue

We will review and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Nail Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes before placing an order.

We are not responsible for sizing issues if incorrect measurements are submitted. We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit if you are unsure of your fit.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled
  • An approved issue qualifies for replacement/refund

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings


Luxury Care Instructions

To extend the life of your press-on nails:

  • Avoid excessive water exposure for the first few hours after application
  • Wear gloves while cleaning
  • Store nails carefully for reuse
  • Follow application/removal instructions properly

Proper care can help your nails last 1–3 weeks depending on application method and lifestyle.
